The [[Asuryata]] is the legend of the [[Phoenix Lords]] that tells of their history and exploits. The tale is recited in full only once each generation, but it features many parables and teachings through which the [[Asuryani]] inform everything from war councils to day-to-day activities.{{Fn|8}} Those lost on the [[Eldar_Path#Path_of_the_Player|Path of the Player]],{{Fn|11}} the storytellers and poets of the order known as the [[Bards of Twilight]] , are said to be the only ones among the Aeldari who know the poem in its entirety.{{Fn|8}}
