While Warboss's may seem unintelligent, they all possess a bestial cunning that allows them to organize devastating [[Waaagh!|Waaaghs!]]. That being said, many Warboss's often leave the more mundane tasks of war such as battlefield organization or logistics to underlings and instead prefer to get up in the front of any good fight.{{Fn|2a}} Along with brutal violence and cunning, the ability to loudly shout is one of the most vital criteria to becoming a successful Warboss.{{Fn|5a}}

On the rare occasion that a Warboss isn't leading a fight or cracking heads, they take great delight in showcasing their wealth and power. They will hold court in cavernous foul-smelling halls, feasting and drinking with captured war banners and other trophies from defeated enemies. Often his inner circle of favoured [[Nob]]z will be included in these grand spectacles, where all deemed worthy show off their spoils of war.{{Fn|5a}}
