Believing that the planet [[Gorgomire]] hosted a [[Genestealer Cult]], Valir and his retinue infiltrated the [[Castle Grimheart|palace]] of [[Planetary Governor|Governor-King]] [[Archimayn XII]], aiming to confront his court magister [[Bargo Xathus]] who Valir suspected could lead them to the Order's [[Genestealer Patriarch|Patriarch]].{{Fn|1}}
The Inquisitor and his retinue arrived by aerial insertion from a requisitioned [[Valkyrie]] under the cover of night, during [[Gorgomire]]'s [[tithe]] season. They journeyed further into the Castle, killing guards that stood in their way, eventually encountering [[Genestealer Cultist]] members of the [[order of the Wyrm]].{{Fn|1}}
and found the corrupt dead bodies of the Order, which seemingly showed that the Cult was warring with itself. When they finally neared the court magisterWithin [[Bargo Xathus|Xathus's room, however]] chamber, Valir heard gunfire and raced into the room. He saw another Inquisitor standing over the remains of Xathus. She was encountered [[Sythra MinInquisitor]] of the [[Ordo MalleusSythra Min]] and when Valir told her the magister was his jurisdiction, she then exposed who had just killed Xathus with a [[Chaosplasma pistol]] symbol on Xathus' body. Thus it was revealed, that there was both She had been sent to investigate a Genestealer and [[Chaos Cultcult]] active on [[Gorgomire. The two Cults]], thoughof which Bargo Xathus was part of, and had discovered that there were now at war with each other and Valir and Min decided two rival cults on the planet. Both Inquisitors resolved to work together to destroy them bothcleanse the planet of taint.{{Fn|1}}
