The Farseer intended to seize control of the Demesnan moon in order to commit a forbidden ritual capable of awakening [[Ynnead|a slumbering god]]{{Fn|2}} and dealing a death blow to [[Slaanesh]].{{Fn|4b}} The ritual had planned to use the [[Crystal Seer|crystal seers]]{{Fn|5c}} stolen by the [[Masque of the Midnight Sorrow]] from various craftworlds,{{Fn|5b}}{{Fn|5d}} to be use as conduits to channel the souls from their craftworlds' [[infinity circuit]]s into the psychocrystal sands of Coheria. Thus, every innumerable grain of sand on the crystal moon would act as a [[waystone]] for a spirit. This would create a psychic beacon bright enough to stir a nascent god, awakening the slumbering Ynnead, bringing about His apotheosis.{{Fn|5c}}
