The '''Domitar Class Robot''' was a type of war [[robot]] used by the [[Adeptus Mechanicus]] during the [[Great Crusade]] and [[Horus Heresy]].{{Fn|1}}
The last type of war robot to enter Mechanicum production before the [[Horus Heresy]], the Domitar was a variant of the sophisticated ancient [[Conqueror Class Robot]].{{Fn|1}}
Larger than the [[Castellan Class Robot|Castellax]] class it would serve beside, the Domitar was also swifter, designed to cross the battlefield at a high speed and built to crash into enemy positions. To this end it was given a shock-protected heavily armored armoured frame and equipped with [[Graviton Hammer]]s.{{Fn|1}} For long-range attacks, it was equipped with carapace mounted [[Ignis-Frag Launcher]]. This armament allowed it to pulverise battle tanks and, as it would later prove, even [[Legiones Astartes]] [[Space Marine Dreadnought|Dreadnought]]s in combat. As a line-breaker, the Domitar was unparalleled in the Mechanicum’s arsenal, and its tactical flexibility was further augmented with a missile launcher armed with a variety of munitions.{{Fn|2}}
