This display was originally built over a 9 month period by a team of 10 modelers and painters. Added to on multiple occasions (it started before [[Primaris Space Marines]] were a thing), {{Fn|3}} it contains over 5,500 Citadel and Forge World miniatures, and well over 1,200 assorted Warhammer 40,000 scenery kits.
At over 22 feet in length, 12 feet in width and almost 20 feet high, it's the biggest diorama Games Workshop has ever produced to date. The display comprises 34 separate sections, and was only fully assembled for the first time in its final location.{{Fn|1b}}
