Notes
* {{Endn|Note 7}}: Not seen before the 1998 Citadel Miniatures Annual catalogue, but model number and style suggests was part of this release of Freebooterz.
* {{Endn|Note 8}}: A second similar Storm Boy exists as a model but is not depicted in any catalogue or magazine.
* {{Endn|Note 9}}: Both of these units can be made from 3rd edition modular plastic Space Ork Boyz kit, which contains enough legs and bodies for 16 miniatures with a variety of arms and head to mix and match. Nob leaders and heavy weapons like the big shoota , burna, or rokkit launcha need to be purchased separately in metal or kitbashed. The 3rd edition Ork codex is the first Ork codex to have Shoota Boyz as a distinct unit from Slugga Boyz. In previous editions , Boyz mobs could be equipped with bolters, which is functionally identical to a shoota.
* {{Endn|Note 9a}} Each of these units is intended to be made using a metal upgrade sprue of parts put onto the 3rd edition Plastic Space Ork Boyz kit.
* {{Endn|Note 9b}} Both of these units can be made from 4th edition modular plastic Ork Boyz kit. They are designed with the same modular system as the 3rd edition Space Ork Boyz kit. The 4th edition kit only has enough legs to make 11 minis. The sprues and the plastic mixture are redesigned, and the kit has an additional sprue which allows you to build a Boy with either a big shoota or a rokkit launcha; or a Nob which has a special torso which fits onto the regular boy legs and can be given a slugga and choice of a choppa or a power klaw.
