Due to the extreme losses taken by the 902nd and the numerical superiority of the besieging ((Orks)), the Vardan 902nd relys mainly on trench warfare and defensive fortification. The 902nd has not near enough manpower to make a serious assault on the Ork lines, and so is primarily concerned with the defence of the city in support of the adjacent Imperial Guard regiments. At the smallest level, the regiment is divided into 4-6 man fireteams, sheltering in defensive foxholes.
