Sword of Dione
The Sword of Dione is a Grey Knights Strike Cruiser and is the personal flagship of the Epistolary Graucis Telomane.[1]
History
It is among those warships that the Chapter's Librarius commands and was once part of Grand Master Drystann Cromm's purgation operation in the Beta-Thyracuse Sector. During the operation, however, the Grey Knights sensed the first portents of bloodshed on a galactic scale that heralded the Daemon Primarch Angron's return to Realspace. Telomane sought to prevent this and immediately took command of the Sword of Dione, as he began preparations to banish Angron back to the Warp. Such was Telomane's authority in the Chapter that Grand Master Cromm did not seek an explanation from the Epistolary as the Strike Cruiser quickly withdrew from the Beta-Thyracuse Sector.[1]
