Not sure. Here stated that decals can be used for "your Desecrators, Rampagers, Despoilers, Tyrants and War Dogs". So Desecrators and Despoilers are listed separately. I think except the newly released Desecrators and Rampagers GW will release another miniatures soon "Tyrant, War Dog" and (may be) a new Despoiler.--Darkelf77 (talk) 00:16, 7 July 2019 (MDT)

In the Codex: Chaos Knights Desecrator have its own datacard on the page 56, and Despoiler - on the page 54. So they are two separate types of Chaos Knights.--Darkelf77 (talk) 04:12, 1 August 2019 (MDT)
