Tibrum

Tibrum was an Imperial Commissar.[1]
Biography
While still a cadet of the Schola Progenium, Tibrum was selected to become a Commissar. He was given a test by one of the Schola's Preachers - the traditional test of any cadet chosen for that particular path: he was to find his best friend of ten years, Drusus, and shoot him with a laspistol. Tibrum accepted the order without hesitation.[1]
Later, after his graduation, Tibrum was assigned to the PDF of an Imperial Death World. His duty was to whip the PDF troopers under his command into shape, in order to defend their world from Necrons that had been awakened by mining operations.[1]
