The Transmatter Inverter is a type of Squat energy weapon utilized by Leagues of Votann Arkanyst Evaluators.[1]

Transmatter Inverters have three firing modes and can rupture tissue on the cellular level. They can convert matter into new varied forms. Some can boil away flesh or separate its armour's valuable substances, while others can trigger the extrustion of exotic crystals from a targets blood. Some can temporarily shift matter between phases, triggering an atomic cascade of runaway cosmic micro reactions or violently altering atomic forces. The end-result of such reactions causes the target to erupt into mist or contract into smears of protoplasm.[2]
