The Ultramar Defense Fleet is the System Defence Force of Ultramar, the space-borne wing of the Ultramar Defence Auxilia.^[1]

Overview

Operated by citizens of Ultramar as opposed to Ultramarines, while officially a defense fleet it is nonetheless known to operate the largest type of Imperial vessels such as Battleships^[6] and Heavy Cruisers.^[1] It also maintains dense networks of orbital stations and even star fortresses with the power to destroy moons.^[4]

The Ultramar Defense Fleet took part in actions against Hive Fleet Behemoth in the Battle of Macragge^[1] as well as the Invasion of Ultramar by Honsou^[2], the Ultramar Campaign, Plague Wars,^[5] and Ultramarian Reclamation.^[6]
