Valon Urr is a Shrine World in the Calixis Sector.[1]
Formerly a Civilised World, Valon Urr was besieged by the nearby world of Sinophia during the War of Hubris in 467.M39. This was further exacerbated by the arrival of Ork Freebooters. The timely intervention of 4 capital ships led by the Fire of Heaven under Admiral Lightman-Kapes lifted the siege. The world was declared a Shrine World in 601.M39 in honour of the sacrifice of millions of civilians.[2]
