Whisper (Lunar Cruiser)
The Whisper is a Lunar Cruiser that was captured by the Serpent's Teeth Alpha Legion Warband and now serves as their flagship.
History
It is commanded by Captain Krozier Va'kai, whose skill in void warfare earned him the right to do so. In M42, the Whisper took part in the Serpent's Teeth's invasion of the Imperial world Pendata, for its resources. Under Harrowmaster Drazus Jate's leadership, the Warband and their Cult allies nearly overthrew the Imperium's rule of the world, when the Silver Templars's forces in the Indomitus Crusade came to Pendata's aid. Three Strike Cruisers from the Chapter soon attacked the Whisper, but they proved to be no match for the Lunar Cruiser. With Va'kai's skills and the fact that the Silver Templars' warships did not fight together, the Whisper was able to keep them at bay. It was then able to destroy one of the Strike Cruisers, but this led the Silver Templars' warships to deploy the Chapter's forces to Pendata. Seeing what was happening, Va'kai quickly warned Harrowmaster Jate, that the Silver Templars were racing towards the Warband's current location.[1]
