Trisolian A-4 was a Forge World of the Imperium. Viceroy Extractatorian Benician Mendoza was the loyalist leader of the Trisolarian forge world. The military commander of the facility was Magos Hester Aspertia Sigma-Sigma, Taghmata Macro Clade Leader.[1a] The world is home to subterranean agrifields.[1a]

The capital city of the Forge World is the Heptaligon, built into the moon named Momus. Trisolian extraction facility Momus' designation is Phi-9120.[2]

History

During the Horus Heresy, Viceroy Extractatorian Mendoza was resolutely against Horus and the Mechanicum rebellion. When Sota-Nul contacted Trisolarian, he declined and denounced any offers she made when attempting to sway those loyal to Terra over to the Dark Mechanicum allied with Warmaster Horus.[1a]

Battle for Trisolian A-4

The battle began with Traitor Space Marine infiltrators attempting to destroy the agrifields of the world, thus starving the world and ending the battle before it began. Many of Domina Aspertia's underlings would be deployed to combat these Night Lord infiltrators, alongside Word Bearers and Dark Mechanicum tech-adepts. Being given power armour and a Volkite Serpenta pistol, Cawl would be deployed amongst an Ordo Reductor Taghma in command of a number of thallaxii. Cawl would kill his first man, a Dark Mechanicum tech-adept, then repair a wounded Myrmidon Destructor after they saved him from a Night Lords battle tank. The extraction station of Trisolian A-3 would fall during this time and traitor reinforcements would be sent from there to Trisolarian A-4.[1b]

As the battle continued on, all loyalist Mechanicum servitors, thallaxii, and skitarii came to a halt. They were ordered to surrender and submit by Domnia Hespertia, most of the cyborgs would salute then shut down via a neurosync from the domina. Only those with independent will remained active, being shot down or executed if they did not submit. Cawl and other loyalist Mechanicum members would be taken prisoner by traitor legionaries. Adepts of the Trisolian Taghmata were herded to the Heptaligon’s Septa station and Hespertia.[1c]

Magos Domina Hester Aspertia Sigma-Sigma would usurp the Viceroy, among other traitor tech-priests, and offer the Trisolian system to the traitors. When the fleet of Horus arrived, Hester pledged herself to the traitorous Warmaster.[1g] Cawl and freidisch would escape Trisolarian Extraction facility Momus by piloting Hespertia's personal ship Silencia out of the facility, now engulfed in conflict, and tethered sub station collapsed into the moon.

After the battle, Horus and a small cadre of his sons, alongside Sota-Nul, would briefly land in the Tria Station docks. The entirety of the leaders and other tech-adepts of any significance aboard the Heptaligon were gathered to listen to the Warmaster and swear fealty to Horus and the True Mechanicum.[1e]

Belisarius Cawl would eventually abandon his post, gather Friedisch, and move to Septa Station to kill the domina and steal her ship. Before doing so he used small metal orb device, a code patterner, he crafted to break the neurosync Aspertia held over the servitors, skitarii, and thalaxii on the station and aboard the Vengeful Spirit. This allowed Cawl to quickly convince her two skitarii guards protecting her moments ago to instead execute her.[1g]

Traitor forces occupied the world thereafter,[1g] though it is unknown what ultimately became of Trisolian A-4.
