Andosk Sub-Sector

The Andosk Sub-Sector is an Imperial Subsector within the Macharian Sector.^[1]

Positioned directly rimward of the Cytheris Sub-Sector, Andosk holds the most industrial production among the Macharian Sub-sectors. While Andosk does contain a large number of resource-rich planets, industry has flourished here mainly due to its clear Warp routes, which are relatively stable, save for those that pass through the occluded region called the Jade Veil.^[1]

The Imperial Navy has multiple large facilities in Andosk, including several massive dockyards. Andosk was the site of some of the largest and most pivotal battles during the early years of the Macharian Crusade, the remnants of which still linger here centuries later.^[1]

Known Systems and Worlds

• Amphoras System
  • Mahagan - Icy gas giant. Conquered by Sejanus during the Crusade. Their people are self-reliant and heavily tied to the Mechanicum.^[1]
  • Xenophon - Dark green Ocean World. Its beautiful seas hold many dangers and are home to siren-like native lifeforms.^[1]

• Arrian's Wrath - Dangerous space of Warp phenomena where General Arrian committed many atrocities during the Macharian Crusade, leading to a rebellion he brutally put down.^[1]
  • Teng Ji-Marn - Imperial Waystation dwelling in its huge debris field.^[1]

• Extraction Site Stultus B
  • Forkas-63 - Mechanicum Mining outpost.^[1]

• Ibal System
  • Ibal Primus - Mechanicum planet that is not a Forge World. Once home to huge forests that is notorious for the quality of its wood and metal.^[1]

• Kallastin Glorificus
  • Kallastin - Arid Industrial Planet and the site of one of Macharius' greatest victories against Orks. Pockets of Orks remain on the world today.^[1]
