Attilan Gate

The Attilan Gate is a stable Warp travel route that allows Imperial vessels to move from Imperium Sanctus to Imperium Nihilus.[1]
Located near Attila[2], it is the second known such stable path through the Great Rift after the Nachmund Gauntlet. The passage was discovered by the Rogue Trader Katla Helvintr.[1] Thought large and capable of accommodating many ships at once, it is still considered somewhat unstable.[2] Belisarius Cawl utilized Necron Pylon technology in an attempt to stabilize the gate and make it more passable.[3a] Following the Last Battle of the Pit, the nearby Warp Rift dubbed the Pit of Raukos was sealed by Cawl and the Gate was stabilized.[3b]
