Halathel was an Eldar Exodite World, in the Ybaric Cluster[5] that was attacked by Hive Fleet Naga in 809.M41-811.M41[1]. Unable to abandon the World Spirit, Halathel's defenders (including Exodite lord Wei-yannil[2]) put up a last stand against the Tyranids, but were eventually massacred and the treasured World Spirit was destroyed.[1]
Prince Yriel led his fleet to Halathel in order to aid the world, but upon seeing it infested with Tyranids, he knew it could not be saved. A feeling of rage overcame him, as Yriel had hoped Halathel could have been used as a starting point to rebuild the Eldar Empire, and he then gave the order for his fleet to scour all life from the Exodite World.[3]
