Silberlant Sevos
Silberlant Sevos, also known as The Whisperer, The Ghost of primus, or The Infotek [1a] is a Whisper Merchant exile from House Van Saar of Necromunda.[1d]
Biography
Silberlant Sevos attempted to merge his mind with the sacred STC through a synaptic-inload interface, but the STC rejected him, leaving him physically and mentally broken. House Van Saar disowned him, casting his remains into the underhive and erasing his name from their records for violating their laws.[1d]
As he lay dying, he discovered he could perceive and interact with the hive's electronic systems. He took control of a group of maintenance servitors, which carried him to safety and provided nourishment. Over time, he seized control of more hive systems and used stolen technology to construct a suspensor chair that could transport and protect his weakened body.[1d]
Sevos could also steal data secrets transmitted through the city's electro highways. Erasing his past, he became a Whisper Merchant, amassing wealth through information trade. Foreseeing the chaos of the Great Darkness, he took refuge in the underhive, continuing to manipulate events from the shadows.[1d]

While the world was caught up in the Prophet of Redemption's crusade to Temenos, Sevos decoded Lady Credo's vox transmissions to her agents and discovered clues about the true power behind the pilgrimage. He realized the threat posed by Ozostium and a returned House Aranthus to Necromunda, which could jeopardize his chances of being welcomed back into his clan if the social order collapsed. Though Sevos had no love for House Helmawr or Lady Haera, he valued the stability the Imperial House provided. He used Hive Primus' systems to delay Haera's enemies, ensured her aircraft was ready, and scrubbed logs to hide her flight.[1a]
Sevos intercepted vox transmissions between Sharkan, leader of the Techrunners, and loyal Van Saar agents in the Palatine Cluster, pinpointing Haera's location near Echolus Alpha. Sevos sent misleading messages to Sharkan to divert the hunters away from Haera. Concurrently, he hacked into the Enforcer code-net and impersonated Provost-Marshal Logun Kane to send Haera a priority directive to head to Spoiltown. He also sent a corresponding message to Kane, manipulating both sides to ensure Haera's safety.[1b]
Sevos was eventually located by Lady Credo's spies. He considered escape but knew it was unlikely given his pursuers' proximity. As he prepared to defend himself, Delaque agents joined him, offering their protection.[1c]
