Jaromar
Jaromar is an Imperial Knight Baron, who commands the Castellan Steel Justice.[1]
History
He is from one of the Knight Worlds that serve the Forge World Tolkhan and the Baron fights beside its Titan Legion, Legio Pallidus Mors. Jaromar was among the Imperial forces that aided in defending the Khaldun Sector from the Craftworld Riellen in late M41. The War for the Khaldun Sector saw many of its worlds fall to the Craftworld and the Baron was part of Tolkhan's forces that were sent to aid in reclaiming Eryx. He served in the Emperor Titan Praes Vindicta's escort, but as they neared the world, their Pegasus Transport, Arca Novem, was shot down by Riellen's forces.[1]
While Jaromar and many of the Arca Novem's passengers survived the subsequent crash landing on Eryx, the Praes Vindicta was left trapped within the Pegasus Transport. This prevented the Emperor Titan from aiding in the Novem's defense, when the Riellen Farseer Tilwen led the Craftworld's forces to destroy the transport. However Jaromar and the Maghi Stilich and Aclys, led the Novem's defenders in fending off all of Riellen's attacks. Soon Imperial reinforcements from elsewhere on Eryx began arriving to save the Novem and this caused the Craftworld's forces to flee. Though the Praes Vindicta also survived the battle, it would need six months of repair work before the Emperor Titan could be deployed into the War for the Khaldun Sector again.[1]
