The Kabal of the Hollow Heart is a Drukhari Kabal based in the Port Tavarr sub-realm of Commorragh which is ruled by Master Archon Dhaemira Thraex.[1a][1b]
Powerful within Port Tavarr, Archon Dhaemira concoted an ambitious plan to lure Orks led by Ufthak Blackhawk into Commorragh in order to unify the cities factions under her command.[1c] However the plan fell apart due to Blackhawk's destructiveness and resilience, and in desperation Dhaemira gave him her brother Dhalgar so that the Greenskins would be able to navigate the Webway and leave.[1d]
