Lugiphron Thror XII

Lugiphron Thror XII was a Planetary Governor of Hishrea.[1]
During his reign, he ordered a purge of the frostwyrms that plagued the planet, sending men to eradicate one of the creatures' nesting caves. The resulting catastrophe wiped out most of the population of Hive Oadunn.[1]
