Miasmic Turbine
From Warhammer 40k - Lexicanum
Miasmic Turbines are Death Guard devices composed of rusted blades and rattling engines, that are worn on the backs of Lords of Poxes. They readily vomit contagions into the air, which are created from viruses taken from the Lord of Poxes' own bodies.[1]
