Phoebe is a moon of Saturn.[1]
History
During the Age of Strife, an exiled Mechanicum Tech-Cabal came to settle on Phoebe from Mars. Keeping themselves secluded, this lasted until 797.M30, when the Emperor of the Imperium secretly met with them shortly after the Unification Wars.[1b] Signing the Phoebian Accord, Phoebe was placed under the direct protection of the Emperor while gaining access to technology which became the basis of Saturnine Terminator Armour[1a] and Saturnine Dreadnoughts.[1c]
