Ruisafoneth also known as the Curator of the Hidden Sphere is a White Seer of the Black Library.
Ruisafoneth was an associate of Kysaduras the Anchorite, who forwarned her of Yvraine's mission to recover the Hand of Darkness for Eldrad Ulthran and Roboute Guilliman, such that in the moment of Yvraine's arival Ruisafoneth had already readied a group of White Seers to open a portal to aid Yvraine in her quest to find a Rose of Isha.
