Tancred Bastion
The Tancred Bastion is a Heavy Transport prison ship,[2] manned by Imperial Navy soldiers,[1] it's used by the Adeptus Arbites to hold and ferry prisoners across the Moebian Domain.[3]
War for Atoma
It is the early Era Indomitus. The Tancred Bastion was last used to transport a number of various convicts to Hive Tertium. One high value prisoner amongst them was the traitorous Captain Wolfer, a leader amongst the traitor regiment of the Moebian 6th. Wolfer was scheduled to be delivered to Inquisitor Grendyl for interrogation. While en route to Hive Tertium, the prison ship was boarded by Moebian Sixth traitor lasmen and Captain Wolfer was freed. The traitors would later arrive planetside and return to their bastions within Hive Tertium.[1]
Explicator Orgustine Zola, of Inquisitor Grendyl's retinue, oversaw this specific prisoner transport operation. She barely escaped the traitor overrun vessel with her life, having been saved by a loyalist convict that escaped during the chaos. Zola would contact Flight-Lieutenant Masozi for an emergency extraction and fight their way off the prison ship, leaving via Valkyrie. The Explicator would allow the loyalist convict to leave with them as thanks for saving her life.[1]
