Ulvurul Heoroth
Ulvurul Heoroth, known as Longfang, was the senior Rune Priest of the Space Wolves Legion's Tra Company, during the Great Crusade.[1a]
History
One of the oldest members of the Legion, he was one of the few surviving Space Wolves recruited from Terra before the discovery of Leman Russ and took part in the Unification Wars. Heoroth took part in the conquest of the Olamic Quietude, where he was fatally wounded by a Quietude Robust warrior, during the invasion of their Homeworld. As he lay dying, the Skjald Kasper Hawser recited accounts of his life to Heoroth.[1a] In the aftermath of their successful battle, the Tra Company gathered together as Hawser recounted the lives of Heoroth and its other members who were killed by the Quietude. Once the Skjald was done, the Company's Wolf Lord, Ogvai Ogvai Helmschrot, selected the Rune Priest Aun Helwintr to replace Heoroth.[1b]
