Worldsingers, also known as spirit-singers[5a] are gifted Exodite Eldar Seers, including Farseers[5a], who commune with the World Spirit and are able to manipulate nature, roughly equivalent in ability and role to Bonesingers of the Craftworlds.[1b]

Overview

Worldsingers are closely guarded, spiritually gifted, and supernaturally pure of heart female[2b] Exodites who temporarily[2a] reside in the World Shrine of exodite planets where they welcome the spirits of the dead into the World Spirit ensuring the preservation of their souls and denying them to She Who Thirsts.[1a]

The Worldsinger of Lileathanir was abducted by the Kabal of the White Flames.[1a]

According to Isarion Stormsmourn of Ephraeleon, craftworld Biel-tan retains a cadre of worldsingers.[3]

Worldsinger Psychic Powers

  • Singing: Spontaneously grow vegetation and forestry seemingly from thin air, such as roots to drag foes into the earth.[4]
  • Spirit Chants: Speaking to the dead of the World Spirit, ushering new souls into its embrace[1a], calming its rage.[2a]
  • Spirit Control: Wielding the gestalt force of the World Spirit to scare or otherwise harm invaders.[2b]
  • World Song: a psychic wave which heals the bodies of those who hear it (including from the counter-virus to the Glass Plague).[1c]
