Wretched Prince
The Wretched Prince was the name given to one of the eight individuals which made up the mysterious Hand of Abaddon, an organisation within the Black Legion dedicated to reconstituting the Anathame.[1a]
Representing the 5th of the Hand, the Wretched Prince was a powerful Mutant Psyker. The Prince suffers from a curse that causes perpetual revulsion and disgust in others, leading to all members of the Hand barely tolerating his presence and not align with him in internal power struggles. While withered and outwardly pathetic, he was considered formidable by Tenebrus and Tharador Yheng. The Wretched Prince had a retinue of twisted mutants and Rogue Psykers.[1b]
In the aftermath of the Battle of the Stygius Gilt the Wretched Prince was one of the surviving Hand members and accepted Yheng as the new first of their order in the aftermath of the death of Tenebrus.[1c]
