Memnyr Strategist[1]
Memnyr Strategists are cunning Leagues of Votann Ironkin, who direct Steeljacks in battle.[1]
Description
They do so by using a Kognitâar Mantle, which allows Memnyrs to link to the additional Cerebral Units the unusual piece of tech houses. This allows Memnyrs to multiply their cognitive power and makes them better at directing the Steeljacks.[1]
