3,283rd Expeditionary Fleet
The 3,283rd Expeditionary Fleet was an Expedition Fleet of the Great Crusade.[1]

History
Not considered a "true" expeditionary fleet, it was formed when two other Imperial Crusade fleets met due to their spheres of operations overlapping. The fleet contained elements of the Night Lords and Thousand Sons Space Marine Legions (including their respective primarchs Konrad Curze and Magnus the Red, and the Legions' flagships Nightfall and Photep).[1]
The 3,283rd Fleet notably enforced a compliance action on the planet Zoah. At the conclusion of this campaign Curze and Magnus clashed over the fate of a repository of warp-lore located on the planet; Curze wanted to destroy the library in accordance with Imperial law whereas Magnus wanted to preserve the library's contents and transport them back to Prospero. In the end, Curze threatened to destroy the library from orbit regardless of whether the Thousand Sons retreated or not. Magnus relented and Curze allowed him time for his Legion to retreat from the blast site before proceeding.[1]
Following the Zoah campaign the fleet broke up and its elements went their separate ways.[1]
