Battle Group Praxis, Fleet Primus is a Battle Group of Indomitus Crusade Fleet Primus.[1a]
Several years into the Indomitus Crusade, Praxis arrived at Kamidar to collect Tithes and resources for their ongoing campaign.[1a] The heavy-handedness of the Imperials, combined with Chaos machinations, eventually caused the two sides to come to blows but, following the death of Queen Orlah Y'Kamidar at the hands of one of the Hands of Abaddon and the appearance of Red Corsairs, a tenuous ceasefire was eventually agreed upon.[1b] Vitrian Messinius was later dispatched by Guilliman to oversee the garrisoning of the Ironhold Protectorate.[1c]
During the battle over Kamidar, Groupmaster Tiberion Ardemus and his flagship Fell Lord were captured by the Red Corsairs, leaving the future of the Battlegroup in doubt.[1c]
