Brôkhyr Thunderkyn are a type of warrior employed by the Brôkhyr Engineering Guilds of the Leagues of Votann.^[1]

Brôkhyr Thunderkyn^[1]

In times of peace, the Brôkhyr act as engineers for the Kin. Their Exo-Frames are multi-purpose rigs capable of carrying specialist equipment for various hazardous roles requiring enhanced strength and stability. When the Oathbands head to battle, however, these same pilots strap into their exo-frames to become the mighty Brôkhyr Thunderkyn. These suits are adapted from rugged engineering rigs, and while not quite as resilient as the Einhyr Hearthguard's Exo-armour, they can still weather considerable fire.^[1]

Thanks to their fibre bundles, calibrated actuators, gravitic stabilisers, and mass-clamps threading the exo-frame, the Thunderkyn's exo-farmes are not only powerful but also surprisingly fast despite their bulk. Their suits allow them to heft the heaviest man-portable weapons the Votann can muster with ease. Among them are Votann Bolt Cannons, Graviton Blast Cannons, and SP Conversion Beamers, further enhanced by Omni-visors, recoil suppressors, inertia sinks, and weavewërke anchors.^[1]
