Cehen-qui is an Inquisitor of the Ordo Xenos.[1a][2]
Overview
Cehen-qui has an arrogantly superior personality, occasionally making remarks to his entourage on their disposability.[2]
He became one of Archmagos Dominus Cawl's many enemies, after Alpha Primus[1a] stole the Necron Cryptek AsanethAyu[1b] from the Inquisitor's orbital prison fortress.[1a] Additionally, he secretly dislikes Roboute Guilliman, as the Primarch holds power over the Inquisition, therefore opposing their otherwise total authority.[2]
Cehen-qui owns an Inquisitorial cutter named Ruptor Xenorum.[2]

Cehen-qui held an aeldari prisoner in a derelict Inquisitorial fortress-prison station above the gas giant Otranti, safekeeping him until Inquisitor-Castellan DelGrani would arrive for interrogation.[2]
Belisarius Cawl sent an astropathic message, indicating he wished to take custody of the prisoner, but unsurprisingly, when Cawl’s forces arrived aboard the ship 0-101-0, Cehen-qui was not willing to give him up. This resulted in a void battle in which the fortress-prison was rammed out of orbit by the 0-101-0. The Inquisitor escaped with the aeldari on the Ruptor Xenorum.[2]
However, the situation was anticipated by Cawl, who had tricked Cehen-qui. In reality, Cawl had sent Alpha Primus on a stealth mission into the station to steal the Necron Cryptek, AsanethAyu, with the aeldari merely a distraction. As Alpha Primus teleported himself and the Cryptek back to the 0-101-0, Cehen-qui realised what had happened, but the Mechanicus ship had disappeared.[2]
Appearance
As part of his Inquisitorial uniform, Cehen-qui wears white gloves and a white tunic alongside blue trousers and high grey boots. Additionally, he wears a golden braid on his jacket alongside multiple badges.[2]
Cehen-qui could be considered handsome, with a scar on his cheek likely left for effect. His long black hair is sometimes styled into a topknot.[2]
