Eye of Terror: Reign of Iron is a campaign book set for the 10th Edition of Warhammer 40,000.[1]
Description
The destruction of Cadia at the height of Abaddon’s 13th Black Crusade brought unimaginable woes upon the Imperium – not least the creation of the Great Rift – but despite the forces of Chaos now surging from the Eye of Terror in great numbers, the Cadian Gate has not truly fallen. Imperial bastions and forge worlds still desperately hold out against the tide, and while they stand, Chaos cannot truly begin its grinding march towards Holy Terra.[1]
The Daemon Primarch Perturabo’s grand plan for the conquest of the Imperium has taken thousands of years to formulate, and its first step is to bring the Cadian Gate under his complete dominion. Those Imperial worlds that remain there – including the mighty forge world Agripinaa – have been able to hold on until now, but the Iron Warriors must conquer the sector if Perturabo’s plan is to begin in earnest.[1]
