Kapellan League

The Kapellan League is a League of the Leagues of Votann.[1]
The Kapellan League is ancient, having existed for millennia.[1] At one time it was comprised of over three thousand Holds.[2] However, it is known as ill-fated and has declined over the centuries thanks to the deterioration of its Ancestor Core.[1]
