Nurma-Persec Syndicate

The Nurma-Persec Syndicate is a Leagues of Votann civilization[1b] on the Imperial Ocean Mining World Samarkis, which is estimated to be at 28 million.[1a]
History
Despite it being an Imperial world,[1a] the Syndicate are allowed to mine Samarkis' resources with their Drilling Rigs. While they are referred to as Squats by the Humans there,[1c] the Syndicate adheres to the Leagues of Votann's culture[1b] and even have Ironkin amongst their population.[1d] They also have a sizeable military force.[1a][1b]
