History
Kharseth is the greatest Void Dreamer to ever travel the stars, enabling the Eldritch Raiders to weave their formations through heavy Warp Storms, mine fields, gasseous nebulae, and convoluted Webway tunnels to surprise their foes – tolerating the strains on the psyche which the Warp wreck upon their minds. That Kharseth wills themselves to regularly undergo such trauma has lead some to speculate that Yriel has some form of hold over them, but the truth of their relationship is unknown.
Kharseth accompanied Yriel to speak before the Seer Council of Iyanden about distancing the Craftworld from the Ynnari within the Chamber of Starfall Sorrow and accompanied the Eldritch Raiders on the Masque of the Midnight Sorrow's quest into the Nightmare Gulf.[2]
Equipment
Kharseth wears Rune Armour and a helmet unique to Void Dreamers known as a Void Helm[Note 1] which allows them to see the traces of souls which friend and foe alike leave within the Warp freeing their other senses from input. Kharseth wields a Waystave, which they use to summon the freezing power of the void itself in the Dread of the Deep Void.[1a]
Trivia
- Note 1 The large ovoid nature of the lenses of Kharseth's helmet are visually reminiscent of those of the First Edition (Rogue Trader)-era Farseer model.
- Note 2: Kharseth uses they/them personal pronouns.
