Warhammer 40,000: Darktide (Board Game) is a board game by Games Workshop, released in 2024, and set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe.[1]
Description
In this co-op board game, you and your friends must fight through hordes of enemies to complete a series of vital missions. This box has everything you need to play, including board tiles, tokens, dice, and miniatures. You'll find the four classes of heroes, plus a set of twisted Poxwalkers, and Chaos-tainted Traitor Guardsmen. Play single missions to learn the rules, then string your games together into a tense campaign as your operatives acquire new skills and equipment.[1][4]
Inquisitorial operatives are recruited by Inquisitor Grendyl's Interrogator Procastor Catrion Inigo to combat the traitorous Moebian 6th. Players will explore the district in Hive Tertium known as Coldiron Stack and attempt to put an end to the corruption of the water supply derived from its underground glacier.[3] Interrogator Inigo and her agents operate separately from Grendyl's Warband operating from the Mourningstar.

Trivia
- To commemorate the release of the board game, premium cosmetics were released in the video game later that month. These cosmetics are visually representative of the playable miniatures that come in the box. These cosmetics were first available in the shop's rotation from May 30 to July 11, 2024.[2]
- Seen here is Ferdrik Parlane (Veteran), Devoted Caslane (Zealot), Operative Delta-841 (Psyker), and Gorf (Ogryn). These in-game representations are named differently than the playable agents in the miniatures game.[2] Those found in the board game's rulebook are Gerran Arvans (Veteran and former member of the Cadian 2,301st), Vheris the Righteous (Zealot of the Imperial Creed), Etrasia (Psyker bound to House Margrave), and Ghark (Ogryn security tithed to Coldiron Stack).[3]
Notes
- The Traitor Guard sprues included in this box are the same as the ones from the Blooded Kill Team kit. Differences in head and weapons appearances come from an upgrade sprue, specific to the Bloodied kit, not included in this box.
