Commander Nobledawn
Shas'O T'au El'ken, known as Commander Nobledawn is a Tau Commander.[1a]
Nobledawn was the senior Tau Commander in the Cao Quo warzone, under the authority of Ethereal Aun'ui Yor'i. Her forces aids the Elemental Council organised to retrieve Aun'ui Kir'qath and uncover the truth of the conspiracy surrounding the Syra.[1a] However it is soon revealed that the entire campaign is being manipualted by Yor'i, who unknown to Nobledawn had been replaced by an Imperial Assassin working with the Raptors Sergeant Artamax. During an Imperial attack on the Tau orbital Forward Operating Base, Nobledawn is gravely wounded under her Battlesuit. She is discovered near death by the Earth Caste engineer Ke, and before passing pleads with Ke to gather any troops she can and kill Artamax no matter what.[1b]
