Antarras III was a world of the Imperium during the Great Crusade.[1]

History

Originally conquered by the Word Bearers Legion, Antarras III supplied surrounding systems with agricultural technology components. In 007.M31 during the Horus Heresy, it fell victim to an uprising by traitorous Warp-dabbling Tech Cults which had used local parts and sorcery to build an army of Automata. The outmatched loyalists on the world were eventually overwhelmed. After all foes had been slain, the technological horrors turned upon their own creators and the surface was rendered a wasteland.[1]
