Kaelis Vara’lanthian the Death God Yet to Be, is the name used for the father of Morai-Heg's daughters, the Banshees. It was by interpreting this name that Eldrad and Kysaduras felt with certainty the Crone Swords would awaken Ynnead, and that this might be a poetic term for the new god.^[1]

This is contradicted in the Wrath and Glory sourcebook Inheritance of Embers, which stats in no uncertain terms that the banshees were the children of Khaine and the crone goddess.
