Hastarii are heavy Skitarii infantry, whose bodies have been modified to carry the destructive heavy firepower of much larger Adeptus Mechanicus machines.[1]
Description
These modifications include having their right arms replaced with a gyroscopically stabilized gun mount, that is wired into the Hastarii's cortical circuits. This results in the heavy infantry having uncanny accuracy with their weapons, such as the Hastarii Exterminators' vicious Eradication Casters and the Hastarii Fusiliers' Neutron Fusils. They also have lighter weapons on shoulder mounts.[1]
