The Kabal of the Obsidian Rose are a Dark Eldar Kabal.[3]

Overview
The Obsidian Rose control the greatest swathe of weapons shops in Commorragh. Through their Archon, Aestra Khromys, they maintain a deathgrip on the Commorrite arms trade. The kabal has a reputation for its firearms and blades. Its perfectionist Archon does not tolerate any lapse in quality. Those accused of imperfect workmanship will see horrific punishment at the hands of a Pain Engine known as 'The Overseer'.[3]
The Kabal spends much of its time launching slave raids, only targeting Eldar, as only these have the technological expertise and dexterity to construct their Archon's weapons.[3]
Before launching a raid, the Obsidian Rose practice every step and contingency until each warrior can perform their part even if blindfolded and its fighters are known for their obsessive maintenance of their wargear. Anything less than immaculate is considered an affront to the Kabal's warriors.[5]
